Influenster is an online community where consumers give their opinions on products and experiences. I just recently signed up in December 2014 and I received my first VoxBox in April 2015. Influenster is free to join and open to anyone in the US and Canada. Once you signup you create your profile and can start answering questions and reviewing products to earn yourself badges. Connecting your social media accounts will increase your impact score and the higher your score the more chance you get of receiving a VoxBox. VoxBoxes can be a box full of different goodies or as in my case a box focused on one specific brand or product line. There are also fast little survey type questions called ‘snaps’, answering these helps you build up points to earn badges and helps influenster offer you voxboxes that are suited to you.
My VoxBox was for the new L’Oreal Paris Fibralogy Line and I received 3 full sized products for free to try and share my opinions on the products.
The Fibralogy voxbox consists of 3 products. Shampoo, Conditioner and a 3rd product called the fibralogy booster. The way it works is you shampoo as you normally would then put in a dime size amount of the booster and leave it in your hair for a few minutes and then without rinsing add the conditioner. Then rinse out the conditioner and booster together. The booster step only needs to be done 1 or 2 times a week. The products themselves smell very nice and are not overpowering in their scent.
Does Fibralogy Work ? For me it did! I didn’t notice any difference the first time I used it but around the 3rd time I noticed that my hair definitely felt and looked thicker. I saw that where I usually wrap my ponytail hairties around 3 or 4 times I only had to wrap it around 2 or 3 times. There was a noticeable difference in my hair.
My mom has thinning hair and I think this line would benefit her greatly. I saw them on sale at shoppers drug mart a few weeks ago for $3.50 I’d definitely pick some up if I see that price again.
Have you tried Fibraology ? How did it work for you?
