Jules Smith Scarf – Modern Art Pattern – $42

Jules Smith Scarf - Modern Art Pattern

Jules Smith Scarf – Modern Art Pattern

This scarf was one of the first spoilers that we got. It’s a very beautiful lightweight scarf perfect for spring and summer. It measures 60″ long and 12″ wide. It’s small enough to wear as a headband, belted through jeans or as a small neck scarf. I like the colours on the scarf as well.

Merrithew – Intense Body Blast Pilates Interval Training 3 DVD Set + $25 Gift Card – $36
Intense Body Blast 3 DVD Pilates Workout Set

Intense Body Blast 3 DVD Pilates Workout Set and $25 Gift Card

Pilates is one of my favourite workouts and I’ve been promising to start working out at home again so I like that we got these. They are Intermediate Level so I expect it to be on the challenging side. Also included was a $25 Gift Card to the Merrithew web store. Unfortunately I didn’t see anything I wanted on the site so I won’t be using the Card.

Rifle Paper Co. Bon Voyage Coaster Set – 8 Coasters – $16

Rifle Paper Co. Coaster Set

Rifle Paper Co. Coaster Set 8 pieces

Rifle Paper Co. Is the company that designed the April 2015 Birchbox and I loved that box. These Coasters are just gorgeous. I’d never heard of Rifle Paper Co. before receiving these two items but I’m a fan! The coasters are cardboard and have 4 different designs on them each one depicting  a different city scene. There are 2 coasters in each design for a total of 8 in the set, I’m going to coat these with some modge podge to make them last a little longer.

OFRA Cosmetics – Makeup Brush # 11 and Brush #20 – $45

Ofra Brushes

Ofra MakeUp Brushes #11 and #20

I don’t have alot of different makeup brushes so I’m really glad that these were in the box. These Brushes are very nice quality, we received #11 and # 20. Brush #11 is the perfect eyeshadow application tool. Brush #20 is designed to help you apply concealer/corrector or any liquid or silk peptide foundation. They also have a promotion going on you can take advantage of Use code: FABFITFUN40 at Ofracosmetics.com for 40% off your first purchase through August 1, 2015.

Growables Seed Pods – Cilantro Seed Pod – $1.49

Growables Seed Pods - Coriander

Growables Seed Pods – Cilantro/Coriander

This item is worth just a few dollars but it’s one of my favourite things about this box. It’s such a unique item to get and assuming it grows it’s so useful. I received the Cilantro/Coriander Seed Pod which is a herb I use almost everyday. It has a companion app you can get to remind you when to water the plant etc. I think that’s a cute idea and since a green thumb I do not have I usually kill all my plants so maybe the app will give this guy a chance 🙂

Yasi – Metallic Temporary Tattoos – $36

Yasi Temporary Tattoos

Yasi Temporary Tattoos

So these are definitely not worth $36 dollars and personally I’m much too old to wear these, but there are other uses for them. Decorating Phone Cases, Picture Frames, Vases, Flower Pots, Glass Votives, pretty much any clean dry surface you can think of. I have a cheap plain black picture frame that I think will look really nice with the LOVE tattoo on it (The one on the far left in the picture above).

Palmetto Derma – Collagen Booster & Restorative Serum – $48

Palmetto Derma Collagen Serum

I haven’t started using this yet but from the reviews online and the description I think I’m going to really like this.

ORLY BB Creme & Nail Polish in Cake POP – $23.50

Orly Nail Polish

Orly Nail Polish Duo
BB Cream – and Nail Polish in Cake Pop

I’ve used the BB Creme a few times since getting this and I really like the nice natural look it gives my nails. The Cake Pop nail polish is very light pink looks almost white.

Cosmos Creations – Salted Caramel Premium Puffed Corn (sponsored item)

Cosmos Salted Caramel

Cosmos Salted Caramel Puffed Corn

So I clearly can’t read because I thought this was PopCorn. It wasn’t until I tried a few pieces that I realized there were no kernals. I went back to check the package and saw that it said PUFFED Corn. Think Cheetos but in Salted Caramel Flavour they were really quite yummy.  I like the little sponsored snacks that come in the FabFitFun Boxes, they don’t add any value to the box but we get to try new items and they’ve always been really tasty.

The overall value of the spring box was around $273 a great value for a box that costs $50. I’ll use all the items in some way except the giftcard so I’m pleased with this box. The Spring Box is still available if you are interested you can use the code FRIENDS OR TRYFFF for a $10 discount. to make your box $39.99.

If you are in the US you’ll also receive 2 extra sponsored cards that weren’t in my box. 1. HelloFresh $40 gift card 2. Vow to be Chic $125 gift card (purchase or rent 1 dress, receive 1 free dress rental)

Did you or do you plan on getting a Spring 2015 FabFitFun VIP Box? What do you think of the contents this season.
