When I heard that OwlCrates inaugural box would be fantasy themed I knew I had to get one. I’m a huge fantasy fan. The book that we got in this months box was A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab. I’ve been having such a hard time getting in reading time lately, but I’ve committed to at least 30 mins of reading this a day. I’m really enjoying it so far. Good Pick! Also included was a button and a poster for the book.
Enchanted Unicorn Bandages
My gosh these are so cute! they also came with a temporary tatoo inside. My son loves the tin so he’s claimed that as his and I’ve had to find another place to store the bandages .
Magnetic BookMarks – Crafted Van
These magnetic bookmarks are adorable and practical. I love how they don’t stick out of the book or make the pages bulge out. You can find these lovlies here at craftedvans etsy store. I didn’t see these exact ones but they have many other great ones there.
Game of Thrones Mystery Figure
The last item in the box was a Game of Thrones Mystery Vinyl Figure! I got John Snow yay my favourite. I’m glad I got this one but I saw some dragon figures that looked really cool too. My son also absconded with this because he wanted to play with the people.
I’m so impressed with OwlCrate they really nailed the fantasy theme on the head. Everything was so well thought out, even the box is supercute! April’s theme is ‘All the Feels’ but I skipped the month this time in case it was a sad book, I really can’t do sad books. It was super easy to do, I just logged on to the site and clicked skip a month. April’s box is sold out but you can sign up for the waitlist for May if you are interested HERE.
